Today we will introduce a dish of chopstick rest, Gyoja garlic!
Gyoja garlic is a perennial herb that grows wild in fields and forests in Japan, especially in the Tohoku region of Hokkaido. It is a member of the Ganbanaceae family, the same family as garlic and leeks.
It is rich in health components and is believed to relieve fatigue, improve immunity, and have a blood-thinning effect.
