The annual Kuroge Wagyu Beef Fair is now being held every summer!

This year's brand name beef is Shizuoka Wagyu! Shizuoka Wagyu beef is characterized by beautiful marbling and tender meat due to the local climate, feed, and breeding methods. Shizuoka Wagyu is also famous for its unique breeding method of raising cattle in hot springs, and it is said that the quality of the meat is improved by bathing in hot springs and drinking hot spring water to maintain their health.
